This program is taught by PGA Class A Professional Rich Scott. Using SNAG golf equipment, children in grades K-5 along with the PE teacher will be taught not only the game of golf, but also the life lessons that are used as vehicle through golf. Equipment will be provided along with expertise, curriculum, and of course fun. SNAG (starting new at golf) is taught with high impact plastic clubs, colored tennis balls, velcro targets, and a special visit by the SNAG man (a teacher, or administrator dressed in a velcro target suit). This program is designed to create a fun learning environment with words walls, our literacy component and life lessons built in. Effective programs will have the children attend SNAG classes within the regular PE Day, 3-4 times in a 2 week program. Discover the natural beauty of the Adirondacks in upstate New York. Up Yonda Farm offers 73 acres with a spectacular view overlooking Lake George. Natural history exhibits featuring a diorama with native wildlife are housed in the museum. Watch for wildlife outdoors as you hike along one of our woodland trails. Kate Klise wrote her first book when she was ten years old, so she speaks with a certain authority when she encourages children to begin their writing careers now. With more than thirty books to her credit (picture books, early readers, middle grade novels, and one YA title), Kate relates well to students of all ages. When working with early readers (grades K-2, 30 minutes), Kate offers gentle advice about writing stories and invites students to create an original story on the spot. When presenting to older students (grades 3–6, 50 minutes), Kate focuses on the writing process: where she gets her ideas, how she writes her rough drafts, why the art of rewriting is so critical, and—yes!—how she comes up with all those punny names in the Regarding and 43 Old Cemetery Road series. In addition, Kate explains the classic elements of storytelling, including the importance of sending characters on journeys. In addition to large-group presentations, Kate also offers fiction and non-fiction writing workshops for smaller groups (30 students or less, 50 minutes). As a 15-year veteran for People magazine, Kate enjoys sharing her tips and tricks for writing on deadline. Over the years she’s taught countless students how to write colorful, compelling, and often hilarious People magazine-style stories about themselves and others.

Day in Clay is a diverse, multicultural ceramic art program for K–12, including professional development and disabilities. The programs are conducted virtually and in school. Overview Headquartered in Tomkins Cove, NY, Day in Clay was founded by Cliff Mendelson in 1988. Day in Clay provides a multicultural ceramic artist in residence programs for K–12 in over 400 schools and districts. It offers both virtual and on-site assemblies and classroom interactive programs with diverse culturally inspired hands-on/demonstrations in clay. Students get a real taste of the creative process and how design, form, and function relate across disciplines and cultures. In Matt's programs he talks about the process of writing and illustrating picture books. Each talk focuses on one of his books and includes an interactive reading of the book, sharing background stories and talking a little bit about what authors and illustrators do, and an interactive demonstration of creating the illustrations. Matt will do either 3 auditorium sized or 4 library sized (smaller group) presentations per day. Four library presentations is highly preferred so Matt can better interact with students. Matt can also do an additional smaller group Q&A talk with select students (usually older kids who are interested in writing or drawing), such as a meeting over lunch or an "afternoon tea." Matt has a variety of educational and entertaining presentations suitable for students K through 6th grade, as well as presentations for parent's nights or literacy nights for an additional fee.

Music with a Message is a self-esteem inspiring music program that blends confidence development, anti-bullying motivational speaking, and motivating pop tunes. Caley shows how to overcome bullying and rebuild kids’ self-esteem to a confident position of self-respect and self-love using her “WOW” curriculum, uplifting music, and hands-on student engagement. It’s half Taylor Swift pop music performance, part Tony Robbins event, and all Caley Rose, a Billboard-charting musician. Caley dedicated her life after being badly tormented in middle school to discovering her own self-esteem and inspiring children to do the same. Students leave “Music with a Message” assemblies with enhanced self-confidence, strategies for coping with bullying, and the ability to perform empowering songs that reinforce the positive themes.
